CMMS
Assets, jobs, parts and history. A maintenance product the technicians will open, not a register that dies after go-live.
Workplace
A job the technician will actually open
A CMMS is computerised maintenance: the asset, the work order, the parts and the history. SJ Technologies builds that as custom software so technicians get a job they can finish, and the office gets a history that is true.
A register of kit that nobody updates is not a CMMS. Planned jobs, breakdowns, parts from the store, and a close that records what was done: that is the product. Mobile on the plant or the estate, web for planning.
We join to the warehouse when parts live there, and to hours when jobs are billed on time. We do not sell a maintenance suite you will not staff.

Assets, work orders, parts and history in one product. A job a technician will open on the plant or the estate. Joins to warehouse and hours only where the brief needs them. We refuse a register that will be dead six months after go-live.
