A smart estate product is access, cameras and the people who live or work there. SJ Technologies builds that as custom software: residents, contractors, vehicles and the doors or barriers they use.
The gate, the camera and the desk have to agree. A visitor who was pre-registered should not be a second conversation on a radio. Maintenance jobs on the estate sit with the same team when that is in the brief.
We do not bolt a consumer doorbell onto a site with a hundred doors and call it an estate system. The rules of the site are written into the scope.
