SOS and lone-working software is a check-in, a panic and a location, with a desk that is obliged to act. SJ Technologies builds that as a custom product for the people who work alone: patrols, drivers, night staff, anyone whose absence would not be noticed until too late.
The phone has to work when the signal is poor. A missed check-in is an event, not a log line. Escalation is named: who is called, in what order, and what is recorded.
We will not ship a panic button that only emails a mailbox nobody watches. If a simpler radio procedure is enough, we say so.
