Cross-platform development

One codebase when that is the honest trade-off. If native is the better fit, we say so and we build native.

Build

One codebase, with the trade-offs named

Cross-platform development is the right choice when one codebase is the honest trade-off: two stores, a shared product, and a team that can live with the limits. We consult, design, build, migrate, test and support that product.

If camera, Bluetooth, background work or store rules need native, we say so before you pay for a toolkit that will fight you. The toolkit is chosen from the brief, not from a favourite list.

Flutter, React Native and similar options are tools. They are not the product. Named engineers stay on the work, and the source remains yours.

Mobile screens designed for iOS and Android

When we recommend it

Shared product on two stores

The same screens and rules on iOS and Android, with native shells only where they earn their keep.

A timetable that cannot fund two native teams

One engineering stream, with the gaps written into the scope so nobody is surprised at review.

When we recommend native instead

Heavy device APIs, strict performance, or a store feature the toolkit cannot support cleanly.

When a PWA is enough

No store listing, install from the browser, and a web stack the same team already runs.

  • One codebase only where the product can live with the trade-offs.
  • The toolkit is chosen from the brief, not from a favourite list.
