A progressive web app is a website that can install, cache and behave like an application when that is the right delivery. SJ Technologies designs, builds, tests and integrates PWAs when a store listing is not required, or when the same product must work in the browser and on a home screen.
Offline and install behaviour are decisions in the brief, not a default. We add a service worker, a manifest and caching only where they earn their keep. A brochure site does not become a PWA by adding a badge.
Migration from a site or from a native app is in scope when that is the shorter path. The stack is chosen from the requirement, not from a favourite toolkit.
